Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Scope and stand up cross-functional transformation programs by defining problems, structures, targets, success measures, and execution plans.
- Run critical transformation programs end to end, managing governance, milestones, dependencies, and escalations.
- Track key initiatives and provide leadership with a reliable view of progress and value.
- Develop executive-ready narratives and updates for the strategic priorities portfolio.
- Conduct targeted business reviews, identify improvement opportunities, and convert findings into change programs.
- Develop business initiatives and business cases in partnership with Product Strategy and Finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or enterprise program leadership in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Experience scoping and delivering large-scale strategic change programs.
- Strong structured problem-solving, analytical, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Professional English communication skills are required.
- Ability to work from Stockholm in a hybrid arrangement with at least 3 office days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI and technology-enabled transformation or cost and productivity programs.
- Advanced degree such as an MBA or relevant certification.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, capital markets, or other regulated industries.
- Experience working across global teams and time zones.
