What you will do

• Manage and maintain customer IT infrastructure to ensure peak performance and smooth operation.
• Troubleshoot critical customer situations and provide timely technical solutions.
• Lead new service preparation and change management processes.
• Perform system sizing and optimization to maintain world-class business performance.
• Collaborate with global IT professionals on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in system management, network administration, and technical support.
• Solid understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, or Unix), networks, and software systems.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards, incident response, vulnerability management, and risk management.
• Expertise in data warehousing, database administration, design, and data architecture.
• Proficient knowledge of network routing, switching, load balancing, and VPNs.
• Location: Must be based in Mexico City for in-person work

Nice to have

• Knowledge of databases such as SQL, DB2, or MySQL.
