What you will do

• Research and develop design parameters, performance characteristics, and technical specifications for new products.
• Guide the evolution of technical design, project planning, and performance analysis.

• Construct and fabricate prototype equipment, overseeing materials selection and process yield.
• Conduct reliability testing and failure analysis to ensure product quality.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science (or 10+ years of direct professional experience).
• Must be based in Australia or have valid work authorization; sponsorship is not supported.
• Proficiency in business process improvement and strategic planning techniques.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve organizational and operational issues.
