TL;DR
Employee Relations Partner (EMEA): Partner with managers, HRBPs, and Legal to deliver employee relations support including performance management, investigations, and compliance across EMEA countries, expanding globally. Location: Hybrid role based in Brussels office (at least 2 days/week), requires work authorization to work in Brussels, Belgium. Initial focus on EMEA (Belgium, France), experience in Czech/UK a plus.

What you will do
- Serve as primary employee relations resource for EMEA countries, expanding globally.
- Partner with People Partners and managers on performance issues, workplace concerns, conflicts, and policy questions in English, French, or Dutch.
- Support investigations, complaints, and sensitive cases ensuring compliance with local laws.
- Define and improve ER processes, track metrics, and identify trends for prevention.
- Develop proactive initiatives like manager guidance, playbooks, and FAQs.
- Collaborate with Legal and People Ops on complex cross-border cases.
Requirements
- Professional fluent in English, French, and Dutch with ability to manage cases in all three.
- Solid Employee Relations experience in tech/fast-paced environment, strong exposure to Belgian/French markets.
- Understanding of investigations, performance management, and employment practices across countries.
- Work authorization to work in Brussels, Belgium.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; process-thinking and autonomous judgment.
- Analytical, strong communicator with stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in Czech/UK markets, global/scale-up environments.
- HR tech platforms, AI tools, data privacy, change management.
- High curiosity in AI and automation.
