What you will do

• Serve as the quality leader for an entire domain, taking full accountability for product quality.
• Define and execute comprehensive test strategies and QA activities across the domain.
• Implement and evolve QA processes to generate effective test signals and scale testing efforts.
• Partner with engineering and DevOps teams to leverage automation for regression prevention and reliability.
• Plan and lead Non-Functional Requirement (NFR) testing.
• Define guidelines and best practices for both automation and manual testing procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in or authorized to work in the USA (Sandy, UT).
• 5+ years of QA leadership experience (Team Lead or Manager).
• 5+ years of experience as a QA engineer, including at least 4 years of automation experience.
• Extensive experience designing tests for enterprise software solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience with full software development lifecycle using Agile processes.
