What you will do

• Write elegant, efficient, and testable Ruby and TypeScript code for an AI-powered platform.
• Design, document, and modify cloud-based systems and programs.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineers to manage and optimize project infrastructure.
• Mentor team members, provide constructive feedback, and lead technical initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvements to the codebase and internal development processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of web development experience with Ruby on Rails.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and automated software testing.
• Must be based in South America or Europe.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GraphQL and Kafka.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
