What you will do

• Manage NYC office IT infrastructure including Wi-Fi, networking, AV systems, and hardware inventory.
• Provide first-line support for employees (Mac/PC, VPN, SSO, SaaS tools) and handle onboarding/offboarding.
• Conduct manual and automated testing for the embedded On-Demand Pay platform.
• Perform integration and E2E testing to validate complex business workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to document bugs and refine functional specs.
• Write and execute test cases following SDLC/STLC methodologies.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on troubleshooting experience and comfort working with end-users.
• Experience in either office IT (networking, SaaS admin) or software QA (manual testing).
• Proficiency with macOS and Windows laptop support.
• Must be based in New York City for 5-day-a-week onsite work.
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and runbooks.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Postman, or Browserstack.
• SQL fluency (PostgreSQL, Snowflake) and programming knowledge in JS, PHP, or Python.
• Familiarity with MDM tools (Kandji, Jamf, Intune) and Okta SSO.
• Background in financial systems testing or security hardening.
