What you will do
- Design and execute comprehensive test cases for software and firmware, covering UI, data acquisition, and internal workflows.
- Perform functional, usability, and cross-browser testing to ensure consistent user experience across devices.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to identify, document, and resolve bugs.
- Troubleshoot firmware issues in collaboration with embedded systems engineers.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for the EEG Portal and firmware environments.
- Maintain detailed testing documentation in compliance with HIPAA and FDA requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of QA experience in both software and firmware testing, preferably in MedTech.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress) and scripting languages (Python, TypeScript).
- Hands-on experience testing web applications and APIs using Chrome DevTools, BrowserStack, and Postman.
- Experience working within a regulated environment.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins, Git, and CircleCI.

- Experience with real-time monitoring systems or medical devices.
- Knowledge of medical device testing standards and regulatory requirements.
