What you will do

• Determine and deploy robust, stable, and manageable computing and network services.
• Manage technical projects and determine site computing and network server strategy.
• Research new technologies, monitor capacity, and resolve network issues.
• Identify, develop, and deploy tools for network server services.
• Perform impact analysis and troubleshoot complex network problems.
• Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines for multiple related tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field + 3+ years of applicable experience.
• 3+ years of network operations and engineering in complex environments with Cisco, Extreme, Arista, F5; Cisco CCNA preferred.
• US Citizenship required and ability to obtain U.S. Government Security Clearance.
• Problem-solving, multitasking, strong communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLAG, LACP, STP, firewalls, load balancers, web app firewalls.
• Expertise in TCP/IP, V4/V6 subnetting, OSPF, BGP, DNS/DHCP.
• Network security concepts, OSI model, cabling standards.
• Linux user experience, SQL queries, Perl/Python scripting, REST API, XML/JSON.
