AI Application Engineer (Generative AI)

Location: Remote, but candidates must be based in the Singapore area

What you will do

• Debug and fix issues in the platform and ship production pull requests.
• Build internal tools and generative AI-powered copilots.
• Rapidly prototype proof-of-concepts for customer use cases.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Solutions to unblock customers and advance AI adoption.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python and Golang skills with experience shipping production fixes.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLM APIs, frameworks, copilots, or automations.
• Hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing concepts.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as CrewAI, LangChain, LangGraph, Dify, or LiteLLM.
• Familiarity with or eagerness to learn JavaScript and TypeScript; strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Customer-facing experience.
• Experience building copilots, plugins, or custom generative AI applications.
• Open-source contributions or pull requests to real codebases.
• Startup or fast-moving environment experience.
