AI Application Engineer (APJ)

What you will do

• Debug and fix issues in the platform and ship PRs with fixes.
• Build internal tools and copilots powered by generative AI.
• Rapidly prototype proof-of-concepts for customer use cases.
• Work across Engineering, Product, and Solutions to unblock customers and advance AI adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Singapore area.
• 2-5 years of software experience.
• Strong Python and Golang; comfortable shipping fixes in production.
• Hands-on with generative AI (LLM APIs, frameworks, copilots, automations).
• Hands-on with OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks (CrewAI, Langchain, Langgraph, DiFy, LiteLLM).
• Familiarity or eagerness to learn JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Great debugger, creative problem solver, fast learner, independent.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Built copilots, plugins, or custom GenAI applications.
• Open-sourced or contributed PRs to codebases.
• Startup or fast-moving environment experience.
