What you will do

  • Define and execute long-term reporting and analytics priorities aligned with business needs.
  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all reporting initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leadership and HR Business Partners to translate business strategy into actionable people analytics.
  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis and develop predictive models to forecast workforce outcomes and organizational risks.
  • Design and deliver on-demand reports and dashboards that communicate HR data insights effectively.
  • Stay current with industry trends and evaluate new tools to evolve the organizational analytics strategy.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data modelling, statistical analysis, and forecasting.
  • Experience supporting a global organization with HR reporting and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in Workday or other HRIS systems, including understanding of reporting and data structures.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Superb communication skills to efficiently convey sophisticated data insights to partners at all levels.
  • Location: Must be based in Poland

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
