What you will do
- Define and execute long-term reporting and analytics priorities aligned with business needs.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all reporting initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership and HR Business Partners to translate business strategy into actionable people analytics.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and develop predictive models to forecast workforce outcomes and organizational risks.
- Design and deliver on-demand reports and dashboards that communicate HR data insights effectively.
- Stay current with industry trends and evaluate new tools to evolve the organizational analytics strategy.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data modelling, statistical analysis, and forecasting.
- Experience supporting a global organization with HR reporting and data analytics.
- Proficiency in Workday or other HRIS systems, including understanding of reporting and data structures.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Superb communication skills to efficiently convey sophisticated data insights to partners at all levels.
- Location: Must be based in Poland

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
