System Integration Test Architect

TL;DR

System Integration Test Architect: Drive end-to-end validation across complex multi-program ecosystems with an accent on system test architecture, integration gaps identification, and alignment with engineering goals. Focus on owning backlogs, leading cross-team validation, and continuously improving testing processes and tooling.

What you will do

• Act as technical product owner for system test architecture, aligning with business and engineering goals
• Own and manage backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and delivery tracking
• Define requirements for solutions improving quality, efficiency, and testing enablement
• Drive integration validation across multiple programs and systems
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies across systems, data flows, and environments
• Lead cross-team alignment between engineering, QA, product, and program stakeholders
• Monitor validation progress, coverage, and report on it
• Continuously improve integration testing processes, tooling, and coverage

Requirements

• Effective communications: transmit, receive, and interpret ideas accurately
• Requirements analysis: elicit, analyze, and record business functionality
• Application design and architecture: utilize methodologies to convert requirements into test strategies
• Software product testing: design, plan, and execute strategies for quality assurance
• Typically 12+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience as Technical Product Owner, System Integration Lead, or QA/Test Lead in complex systems

Nice to have

• Strong technical understanding of APIs and system integrations
• Experience owning product backlog in Agile
• Ability to read API specs, logs, and data flows
• Defining end-to-end test scenarios and validation strategies
• Hands-on SQL and test automation
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and microservices
• Experience with data quality/validation platforms
