What you will do

• Create animations for onboarding, explainer flows, product walkthroughs, and feature introductions
• Translate complex product features into clear motion scenarios
• Design micro-interactions and UX animations to enhance in-product experience
• Collaborate with product designers, growth team, and developers to align motion with goals
• Prototype motion from concept to implementation and optimize for production (Lottie/JSON/video)
• Maintain visual consistency, motion logic, and technical quality while testing AI tools

Requirements

• 3+ years as Motion Designer in product/SaaS/mobile/digital environments
• Strong proficiency in After Effects and Figma
• Experience with product animations: onboarding, explainers, UX motion
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and motion's impact on user behavior
• Production-ready animations (Lottie/JSON/web/app formats)
• Strong timing, easing, composition, hierarchy, typography, visual clarity
• Portfolio with product motion/UX/onboarding animations
• High autonomy, proactive mindset for ideas and improvements

Nice to have

• Experience with Rive or AI tools for motion/video
• Basic design systems and motion integration knowledge
• Graphic design skills (layout, typography, color, hierarchy)
• Sound design or voiceover for explainers
