What you will do

• Supervise, monitor, and coordinate construction activities from project start, including drafting site visit minutes.
• Ensure permanent presence during high-risk phases such as demolitions, underground works, and embankments.
• Verify material compliance and executed works against project specifications and participate in planned tests.
• Review and approve technical plans, diagrams, and calculation notes submitted for validation.
• Instruct and oversee local site management and permanent site supervision teams.
• Manage site logbooks, measurement codes, and monitor exported quantities in final accounts.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in construction management or site supervision.
• Background in civil or electromechanical engineering.
• Fluent English, French, and Dutch.
• Proficiency in construction monitoring tools and methodologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in multicultural and demanding environments.
