What you will do

• Manage the full client onboarding journey, ensuring all required KYC documents are collected, reviewed, and approved.
• Conduct client screening and background checks to prevent fraudulent, abusive, or illicit registrations.
• Monitor OCR systems and automated tools to identify unusual patterns or suspicious activity.
• Oversee transaction processing for deposits and withdrawals, ensuring correct workflow in internal systems.
• Coordinate with payment providers and financial institutions to resolve client concerns and ensure smooth payment journeys.
• Collaborate with internal departments and prepare operational reports for management.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience in payment processing, financial institutions, or the forex industry.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and automated screening technologies.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in Russian, Chinese, or Farsi is a significant advantage.
