What you will do

• Manage and optimize the casino games portfolio, including category and lobby structures across all markets.
• Lead the onboarding, testing, and launching of new games and suppliers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for casino game suppliers to coordinate updates and issue resolution.
• Analyze game performance and player behavior data with BI to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with CRM, Tech, and Compliance teams to ensure platform stability and regulatory alignment.
• Provide line management and guidance to casino team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a casino-focused role within the online gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of casino products, game mechanics, and player behavior.
• Experience managing casino game portfolios across regulated markets.
• Confidence in translating performance data into meaningful actions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
