What you will do
- Design and implement AI use cases for automation and personalization across business processes.
- Lead the development and integration of Generative AI (GenAI) tools and agentic workflows.
- Build and deploy ML models using supervised and unsupervised techniques, including NLP and deep learning.
- Oversee the full AI/ML Ops lifecycle, from ideation and development to production deployment and monitoring.
- Ensure AI governance, ethical standards, and strict compliance with GDPR and the EU AI Act.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with broader strategic business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles with a track record of production deployments.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (GPT, Transformer models) and automation platforms like n8n or Make.
- Proficiency in Python or R and advanced SQL skills for data processing and automation.
- Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, or Azure AI.
- English proficiency: Must be able to work and submit documentation in English.
