TL;DR

AI Engineer (GenAI/MLOps): Designing and implementing AI solutions to automate processes and enhance personalization for an online gaming platform with an accent on Generative AI integration and MLOps lifecycle management. Location: Hybrid in Zagreb (Croatia), Swieqi (Malta), or Skopje (North Macedonia)

What you will do

  • Design and implement AI use cases for automation and personalization across business processes.
  • Lead the development and integration of Generative AI (GenAI) tools and agentic workflows.
  • Build and deploy ML models using supervised and unsupervised techniques, including NLP and deep learning.
  • Oversee the full AI/ML Ops lifecycle, from ideation and development to production deployment and monitoring.
  • Ensure AI governance, ethical standards, and strict compliance with GDPR and the EU AI Act.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with broader strategic business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles with a track record of production deployments.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (GPT, Transformer models) and automation platforms like n8n or Make.
  • Proficiency in Python or R and advanced SQL skills for data processing and automation.
  • Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, or Azure AI.
  • English proficiency: Must be able to work and submit documentation in English.

  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
