TL;DR

Fully equipped office in Limassol’s city center, Cyprus. EU-based employment contract; tasks across office locations; proficient in English required, Greek advantageous.

What you will do
- Log, categorize, prioritize IT incidents and requests in Jira; perform initial diagnostics and resolve simple issues like password resets or printer problems.
- Escalate complex tickets to Level 2, track progress, and communicate updates.
- Provide remote or on-site hardware support: workstation imaging, peripherals, user onboarding/offboarding, cable management, and common area checks.
- Assist in event setups for video conferencing and sound systems.
- Update knowledge bases, conduct user training, ensure SLA compliance, and handle asset provisioning.
- Serve as Duty Admin for 1st line support periodically across offices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, workstation imaging, hardware/peripheral troubleshooting.
- Exceptional client-facing skills with professional attitude.
- Comfort with physical tasks like cable management in dynamic office.
- Proficient in English (written & spoken); Greek advantageous.
Nice to have
- Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks.
