Location: London, UK (hybrid: 4 days a week in office, right to work in the UK required)

What you will do

  • Act as primary operational contact for offshore Ad Ops team, providing support, troubleshooting, and guidance on campaign setups within SLAs.
  • Oversee campaign setup, creative implementation, and tagging in CM360 for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support planning and activation teams with ad ops processes and consultancy on ad server queries.
  • Handle advanced troubleshooting for ad serving, third-party tags, discrepancies, and creative delivery.
  • Train and mentor junior offshore team members and monitor campaign performance.
  • Participate in interdepartmental projects and manage client site tagging implementation and QA.

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Hands-on Ad Operations experience in agency, publisher, or ad tech environment
  • Expert proficiency in Google Campaign Manager 360 (trafficking, reporting, troubleshooting)
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Brand Safety platforms, and DSPs
  • Exceptional communication skills across cultures
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice to have

  • In-depth knowledge of Google Floodlight tagging (implementation, auditing, troubleshooting)
