What you will do

• Oversee regional GTS budgets, LRP & AOP planning, and implement cost-optimization initiatives.
• Lead day-to-day GTS operations across Europe and New Markets, ensuring service delivery meets SLAs and OLAs.
• Direct service management and customer support, including Level 2 Service Desk and on-site support teams.
• Act as a strategic advisor on compliant GTS solutions, adhering to regulatory, data protection, and AI governance standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and optimize Managed Service Provider (MSP) engagements.
• Collaborate with business leaders as a strategic liaison to align technology initiatives with business priorities.

Requirements

• Experience planning and managing large-scale pharmaceutical or biotech systems and projects.
• Proven track record of successful delivery in a global, geographically diverse environment.
• Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and standardized project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in cloud computing, cybersecurity fundamentals, and data analysis tools.
• Ability to travel at least 20%.
• Must be based in Basel, Switzerland.
