What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 engineers, fostering autonomy and professional growth.
• Oversee the delivery of monthly hirify.globalQube releases and platform development.
• Collaborate with Product Management and design teams to define and communicate the squad's vision.
• Define and track quarterly objectives and sprints aligned with company goals.
• Partner with the hiring team to recruit and onboard talented engineers.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to address critical system issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong understanding of software testing.
• Advanced knowledge of the Java ecosystem and DevOps mindset.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and producing secure code.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Geneva.
