Listing & Revenue Specialist (Holiday Homes)

We’re Hiring: Listing & Revenue Specialist – Holiday Homes
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Listing & Revenue Specialist to manage property listings and pricing strategy for our holiday homes portfolio in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have experience in short-term rentals, strong attention to detail, and a good understanding of pricing and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
• Create and manage property listings across OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
• Optimize listing content (titles, descriptions, amenities, photos) to improve performance
• Manage daily pricing and availability in Guesty
• Adjust rates based on seasonality, demand, and occupancy
• Monitor competitors and market trends
• Ensure accurate synchronization across all booking channels
• Prevent overbookings and pricing discrepancies
• Analyze performance and suggest improvements to increase occupancy and revenue

Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in short-term rentals / hospitality
• Experience with Guesty or similar PMS (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking. com)
