What you will do
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data models to track key metrics.
- Analyze Go-to-Market (GTM) data to support data-driven decisions across Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Combine data from different systems using Power BI and Snowflake to create insights across the full customer lifecycle.
- Support forecasting and revenue performance analysis, including pipeline tracking and deal stage analysis.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and consistency in Salesforce and Snowflake.
- Work closely with RevOps and other commercial leadership to identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or a similar data-focused role.
- Strong skills in SQL and comfort working with large datasets (Snowflake or similar experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Working knowledge of Power BI (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
