Location: Hybrid from Warsaw office; relocation to Warsaw required

Salary: 39 800 – 54 670 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Lead and support the Localization Tech engineering team of around 7 members.
• Develop and maintain core features for dialogue authoring, content pipelines, and Unreal Engine systems like cinematic design.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, designers, writers, localization managers, and QA to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Optimize and debug pipelines and features.
• Foster team growth and nurture technical talent across multiple projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in Unreal Engine on AA/AAA projects
• Credited on at least one shipped AA/AAA title
• Proficiency in C++ and Unreal Engine 5
• Experience with narrative elements like quests or cinematics
• Proven leadership of a development team of similar scale
• Strong working proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Nice to have

• Experience with dialogue authoring tools, screenplay editors, voice overs, scene editors, or localization tools
• Experience with relational databases
• Experience with gRPC
• Experience in C# and .NET
