Salary: $175,000 - $220,000 + equity

What you will do

• Manage SAP operations, create and maintain Program Protection Plans (PPP), and brief Security Classification Guides (SCGs).
• Oversee all aspects of industrial security programs, including Personnel, Physical, Information, and Cybersecurity.
• Ensure SAPCAs and SCIFs comply with ICD 705 requirements and support accreditation and Authority to Operate (ATO) packages.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute Standard Operating Procedures for the SAPF and SCIF.
• Conduct security inquiries, identify infractions/violations, and coordinate corrective action plans with government teams.
• Manage classified documentation tracking, control, accountability, and secure transmission processes.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance; must consent to a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• Must be a "U.S. Person" (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual) per ITAR regulations.
• 10+ years of experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) or Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of NISPOM, ICD 705, and DOW security protocols.
• Hands-on experience planning, building, accrediting, and maintaining SCIFs and SAPFs.

Nice to have

• Current security certifications such as Industrial Security Professional (ISP), Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC), or SPeD.
