• Partner with Product and R&D Managers to oversee the end-to-end development process for cybersecurity solutions.
• Align squad goals with overall company objectives in collaboration with the Director of Program Management.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support.
• Implement and optimize agile methodologies to enhance team performance and product delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management within the high-tech industry, with a focus on R&D.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Proficiency in agile project management methodologies and Jira.
• Comprehensive understanding of both cloud and on-premise environments.
• Professional experience within the cybersecurity industry.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications.
