What you will do

• Deliver high-quality translation and revision work meeting defined quality KPIs.
• Provide linguistic and cultural consultancy specific to Chinese Traditional Taiwan.
• Conduct root cause analysis using internal tools or client platforms.
• Monitor and improve linguistic quality across assigned accounts (Language Lead).
• Understand and track quality for the target language and team members (Language Lead).
• Drive team and quality management activities to achieve KPIs and goals (Language Lead).

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Chinese Traditional Taiwan and strong command of English
• Proven working knowledge of CAT tools
• Proven experience as a translator and/or proofreader for large international brands
• Previous experience as a Language Lead or similar role, including team and performance management (Language Lead)

• Subject matter expertise in tourism, IT, or healthcare.
