Language Alignment & Resource Partner (Mandarin) - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Location: Singapore; remote

Service fees: $6–$65 per hour, based on experience, expertise, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Review, annotate, and test AI outputs for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, and cultural context.
• Perform primary language quality checks during production and correct subtle cultural errors or awkward phrasing.
• Analyze task quality trends and develop structured educational resources and feedback documentation.
• Provide native-level Mandarin vetting and specialized linguistic consultation during project scaling and production.

Requirements

• Experience or education in linguistics, education, or another field requiring strong linguistic attention to detail.
• Prior tangible experience in human data evaluation or annotation.
• Mandarin proficiency at C1 or C2 level is required.
• Ability to transform raw feedback and quality trends into structured, actionable educational resources.
• Strong ability to identify and correct subtle unnatural phrasing in Mandarin.
• Secure computer and high-speed internet for remote freelance work.
