Salary: $175,000 – $200,000 + equity

What you will do

• Develop and manage engineering schedules, vehicle design, and resource allocation to ensure mission success.
• Define bus-level milestones and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Drive engineering and flight readiness activities to meet mission and contract commitments.
• Integrate cross-functional engineering teams to assess vehicle readiness and mitigate technical risks.
• Establish engineering processes and analysis frameworks to support company growth.
• Support internal design reviews to ensure high reliability and strict adherence to requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, aerospace, mechanical, computer, or relevant engineering discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in technical aerospace or manufacturing.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects, technical trades, or technical teams.
• Strong understanding of launch vehicles, spacecraft, or other aerospace systems.
• Must be a "U.S. Person" (citizen or lawful permanent resident) to comply with ITAR regulations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or PhD in an engineering or science discipline.
• 10+ years of aerospace experience and 5+ years of project/trade management.
• Active Top Secret or TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience leading spacecraft mission design, integration, test, and launch.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
