Project Manager (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Lead strategic projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery within scope.
• Develop short-term and long-term delivery plans and coordinate daily team activities.
• Manage communication flows and documentation via status reports, dashboards, and plans.
• Present regular updates on milestones, risks, budgets, and schedules to stakeholders.
• Drive internal process improvements and design new processes from scratch.
• Identify and mitigate risks while mentoring the team on project management best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in a Software/IT environment.
• Proficiency in both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Portfolio, or Monday.com.
• Strong analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and a proactive mindset.
• Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

• Experience in game development.
