Salary: $88,000—$113,500 plus bonus opportunity

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues in complex electromechanical systems.
• Drive continuous improvement using tools like 8D and FMEA.
• Act as quality voice in NPI gate reviews and design decisions.
• Analyze production and field data for trends, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, generate reports from quality dashboards.
• Partner with suppliers on failure analysis to improve customer satisfaction.
• Support improvements in SOPs, drawings, work instructions, and inspection plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related + 5 years experience, or Master’s + 3 years
• Capital equipment manufacturing experience, especially semiconductor, highly preferred
• Expertise in quality tools: 8D, FMEA, 5Why, Fishbone, SPC
• Strong analytical skills with statistics and data analysis foundation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data tools like Excel, Minitab, Power BI
• Ability to travel domestically & internationally ~10%

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) certification
• Familiarity with SAP ERP Quality and Service modules
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
