What you will do

• Architect and ship multi-agent orchestration systems including planner/executor, tool-use, and reflection loops
• Design and optimize custom inference stacks with kernel-level work (CUDA/Triton), quantization, speculative decoding, paged attention, and KV-cache engineering
• Lead production-scale model serving on vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, or equivalent
• Mentor engineers on reinforcement learning, RLHF/DPO, and agent evaluation
• Partner with research and product teams to integrate novel techniques into deployable systems

Requirements

• 5+ years building and shipping production ML systems
• Deep expertise in transformer internals, attention mechanisms, and modern inference optimization
• Experience with vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, custom CUDA/Triton kernels, or distributed training (DeepSpeed/FSDP)
• Production experience with multi-agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) or custom orchestration
• Strong software engineering: Python, type-safe APIs, testing, observability

Nice to have

• PhD in CS, ML, or related; or equivalent published research
• Open-source contributions to inference, agent, or training frameworks
• Experience with MoE architectures, long-context attention, or RL for tool use
