**A Y Combinator-backed Seed-stage startup building the AI layer for professional services and software implementation. The platform automates documentation, discovery, and decision workflows across a $400B+ professional services market. The team is early, fast-moving, and execution-focused. We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Product to own and ship user-facing product experiences end-to-end. This is not a narrow backend role. This is a product engineer role.

• Build and iterate on AI-powered collaborative workflows
• Translate complex enterprise processes into intuitive interfaces
• Ship document synthesis and generation experiences powered by LLM infrastructure
• Own features from design → implementation → launch → iteration
• Integrate enterprise tools (Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, etc.)
• Work directly with design, GTM, and deployed services teams
• The bar is high: speed, ownership, and sharp execution.

**What You’ll Have

**

• 4+ years software engineering experience (post-BS/MS)
• Strong full-stack or frontend-leaning product experience
• Proven track record shipping user-facing SaaS features
• Comfort working across stack (UI + API + data layer)
• Strong CS fundamentals
• Strong product judgment
• Early-stage startup grit preferred
• NYC-based, full-time in office
