What you will do

• Design and execute experiments to evaluate the performance of algorithms and models, iterating quickly to improve results.
• Develop industry-leading Generative AI technology utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Innovate in the field of agentic search, specifically focusing on methods for inference-time scaling.
• Collaborate with science and engineering teams and business stakeholders to maximize the impact of contributions.
• Build customer-centric solutions by balancing accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.

Requirements

• PhD or a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience in designing experiments and performing statistical analysis of results.
• Proficiency in programming with Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, numerical optimization, or distributed computing.
• Practical experience in Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, or NLP.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unix/Linux environments.
• Record of patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
• Professional software development experience.
• Experience training and evaluating Large Language Models (LLMs).
