What you will do

• Lead Product Design across SEO Solutions, overseeing SEO and AI Search needs across the platform and data initiatives.
• Manage and mentor a team of product designers, raising quality standards and supporting their professional growth.
• Define and drive the strategic design vision to ensure a cohesive user experience and shared design language.
• Collaborate with PMs and EMs to shape solutions and ensure design decisions are grounded in metrics and customer needs.
• Optimize collaboration rituals and introduce AI-assisted workflows to increase design team productivity.
• Upgrade and scale the design system, focusing on consistency across complex, data-heavy workflows.

Requirements

• Strong experience in B2B SaaS product environments.
• Proven track record of managing and growing product designers.
• Experience shipping complex, data-heavy products such as analytics, SEO, or investment platforms.
• Strong UX and systems thinking with the ability to simplify complexity at scale.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Excellent spoken English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Understanding of agency workflows.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian.
