What you will do

• Support the origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions through all phases from origination to closing.
• Construct detailed financial models and perform valuation analyses using Excel and other modeling tools.
• Develop and prepare client meeting documents covering strategic alternatives, M&A, and corporate finance.
• Conduct thorough research to gather project-specific information and synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance with a leading firm.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, and/or Engineering.
• Strong understanding of Corporate Finance principles and methodologies.
• Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Must be located in or eligible to work in Dubai, UAE.

• Fluency in Arabic.
