TL;DR

Solution Director (Martech): Defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for Martech solutions while leading the delivery of enterprise-grade transformations with an accent on AI integration and strategic ecosystem partnerships. Focus on designing high-impact Martech architectures using AWS, Snowflake, and Adobe to drive measurable business outcomes for Fortune 1000 clients.

Location: Must reside on the US East Coast (NY/NJ, Atlanta, Charlotte, or South Florida). Work format is "Blended Working" (home, clubhouse, or client site).

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders (CMO/CDO/CTO) to uncover business challenges and connect innovation to outcomes.
  • Translate complex business needs into value-driven Martech solutions and oversee the quality of technical delivery.
  • Design and lead the delivery of enterprise-grade Martech architectures leveraging AWS, Snowflake, Adobe, Braze, and Dynamic Yield.
  • Define go-to-market strategies and develop reusable accelerators for Martech offerings to drive growth.
  • Mentor AI and data engineers across US and nearshore teams to shape the foundation of the US AI practice.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to co-sell and co-market solutions and represent the company's AI capability in the market.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in technology or consulting, with at least 6 years in Martech delivery.
  • Minimum 4+ years in recent leadership roles within Martech or senior client-facing experience.
  • Proven record of leading enterprise AI or data programs for Fortune 1000 or mid-market clients.
  • Strong technical background in AWS (including Bedrock, SageMaker, Connect) and Snowflake.
  • Must reside on the US East Coast (NY/NJ, Atlanta, Charlotte, or South Florida).

Nice to have

  • Experience leading the design and development of Loyalty and Personalization Programs.
  • Comfort working with outcome-based commercial models, such as fixed-price engagements.
