What you will do

  • Design digital software solutions that address both user needs and business objectives for the trading platform.
  • Conduct independent research to translate complex energy trading workflows into intuitive, high-value designs.
  • Own the end-to-end design process for specific features, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering.
  • Proactively identify and fix usability issues to improve the overall user experience.
  • Contribute to and expand the company Design System to ensure scalable and modular patterns.
  • Utilize AI tools to optimize workflow and improve the quality of design output.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Design (UX/UI), specifically with complex B2B or web applications.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to take a feature from a problem statement to a polished, shipped solution.
  • Advanced knowledge of Figma, including Auto Layout, Variables, and Components.
  • Strong verbal and written English proficiency for explaining design trade-offs to stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work through ambiguity.

Nice to have

  • Interest or professional experience in Fintech, trading, or the energy sector.
