What you will do

• Lead the concepting, design, and execution of educational materials across print, digital, and interactive formats.
• Develop visual systems and assets that support teacher, student, and administrator learning experiences.
• Collaborate with product, content, UX, engineering, and curriculum specialists to translate instructional needs into visual storytelling.
• Direct and review the work of production artists, providing feedback to maintain high quality standards.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects and participate in design critiques to iterate on creative decisions.
• Perform hands-on design work to support the final delivery and execution of assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in art direction, visual design, or related creative roles.
• 1–2 years of experience managing or mentoring designers or production teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print and digital design systems.
• Advanced skills in typography, layout, composition, color theory, and iconography.
• Must be based in the United States.
