What you will do

• Define SFT architectures, task mixtures, and difficulty gradients across reasoning, coding, and Agent domains.
• Design data mixtures for the annealing phase, optimizing high-density task data and monitoring capability drift.
• Build synthetic data pipelines for verifiable domains such as Math and Code using execution-based verifiers.
• Establish a robust closed-loop attribution system to link data distribution to training dynamics and model behavior.
• Pinpoint data noise or distribution collapse through the analysis of Eval Regressions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing SFT Mixtures and understanding how data distributions impact model behavior.
• Sharp intuition for identifying reasoning hallucinations and distribution collapse.
• Proficiency in large-scale data processing and inference pipelines, specifically vLLM, SGLang, or Ray.
• Must be located in Singapore or Austin, US.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing Annealing strategies.
• Practical insights into DPO data evolution.
• In-depth research experience in Data-centric AI.
