What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and outcomes, defining success metrics and execution strategies.
• Lead user discovery to identify pain points and opportunities through data and direct user interaction.
• Translate findings into clear business cases, scopes, and requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and account management to deliver high-quality features.
• Define and track KPIs for product adoption and system performance.
• Advocate for the user to ensure an effective and satisfying experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner for B2B SaaS, ERP, or Marketplace products.
• Experience building search functionality is mandatory.
• Strong technical insight into APIs, integrations, and backend logic.
• Proven skills in user research and structured problem solving.
• Data-driven approach to managing operational and customer-facing metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
