TL;DR

Location: Hybrid; Must be based in and able to report onsite 2x a week in BGC, Taguig City, Manila

What you will do
- Execute category strategy at the commodity level and lead the bid process, including RFI release and RFP development.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and manage strategic relationships using data-driven recommendations.
- Leverage market data and should-cost models to implement financial and negotiation strategies.
- Facilitate two-way communication between Procurement and the Commercial Council to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain organizational capability by meeting training goals for the 7-Step Strategic Sourcing Process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in a corporate setting, preferably in Procurement or Supply Chain.
- Proficiency with SAP-ERP, SRM, CRM, or comparable systems.
- Ability to report onsite 2x a week in BGC, Taguig City.
- Willingness to work on a mid-shift or night shift schedule.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Negotiation experience and expertise in International Logistics.
- Experience with foreign incoterms.
- Background working in multinational companies.
