Procurement Business Process Lead

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid; Must be based in and able to report onsite 2x a week in BGC, Taguig City, Manila

What you will do

• Execute category strategy at the commodity level and lead the bid process, including RFI release and RFP development.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and manage strategic relationships using data-driven recommendations.
• Leverage market data and should-cost models to implement financial and negotiation strategies.
• Facilitate two-way communication between Procurement and the Commercial Council to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain organizational capability by meeting training goals for the 7-Step Strategic Sourcing Process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a corporate setting, preferably in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Proficiency with SAP-ERP, SRM, CRM, or comparable systems.
• Ability to report onsite 2x a week in BGC, Taguig City.
• Willingness to work on a mid-shift or night shift schedule.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Negotiation experience and expertise in International Logistics.
• Experience with foreign incoterms.
• Background working in multinational companies.
