What you will do
- Acquire and manage Retail Franchise Partners within an allocated geographical area.
- Handle the end-to-end partner lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, performance monitoring, and retention.
- Ensure day-to-day operations meet operational KPIs for pick-up, linehaul arrival, and last-mile delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, resolving escalations and coordinating with support units.
- Manage cash remittances from franchise partners to the finance team to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
Requirements
- BS/BA Degree in Business Management, engineering, logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in Sales or Operations.
- Proven track record in account acquisition and management, exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to perform field work.
