What you will do

• Own block-level and system-level validation strategy, including scope, coverage, and test planning
• Implement and maintain validation test infrastructure using C and Java
• Lead pre-silicon validation on FPGA emulation and post-silicon bring-up, evaluation, and characterization
• Perform hands-on lab validation with oscilloscopes, power supplies, DMMs, SMUs, waveform generators, and temperature controllers
• Design Python-based automation for test execution, instrument control, data analysis, reporting, and regression testing
• Drive complex hardware/software co-debug and mentor junior engineers

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years of industry experience in SoC digital validation
• Extensive experience with embedded C programming on ARM or RISC-V microcontrollers
• Proficiency in object-oriented language (Java, C++, C#)
• Strong automation/scripting experience, preferably Python
• Hands-on validation of SoC interfaces (I2C/I3C, SPI, SPMI, ISO-UART)
• Lab experience with electrical measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, DMMs, SMUs, generators, thermal controllers)
• Ability to debug protocol, hardware, firmware, and system issues

Nice to have

• Background in design verification or post-silicon logic debug
• Experience with software hooks or firmware instrumentation for debug
• Familiarity with ARM- or RISC-V-based SoC architectures and bring-up
• Improving validation workflows through automation and standardization
