What you will do

• Lead the implementation and operationalization of the Fraud Prevention Framework.
• Transform the Fraud Prevention Policy into a fully functioning, scalable, and effective anti-fraud program.
• Build and optimize processes to proactively manage fraud risk across crypto and fiat operations.
• Collaborate closely with Compliance, AML, Security, Product, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Align stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and effective fraud risk management strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Anti-Fraud professional.
• Capability to combine strategic design with hands-on execution.
• Experience in managing fraud risk within both cryptocurrency and fiat environments.
• Strong ability to build processes and align multiple organizational stakeholders.
