TL;DR

Inside Sales Representative (Software): Managing existing clients and driving lead generation for labeling and traceability solutions with an accent on the Japanese market and APAC sales support. Focus on consulting on licensing options, managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce, and developing new customer relationships.

Location: Onsite in Taiwan. Local candidates only; no relocation available.

What you will do

  • Support end-users, channel partners, and the APAC Sales Team to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage existing clients and provide dedicated support for software license renewals.
  • Prospect, develop, and follow up on new customer relationships to fuel the lead management program.
  • Maintain and accurately manage sales pipeline data within the Salesforce CRM.
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through interactions with Partners and End Users.
  • Process incoming inquiries via phone, email, web forms, and chat on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Inside Sales.
  • Excellent command of Japanese (JLPT N1 certificate mandatory for non-native speakers).
  • Basic to intermediate command of English for routine workplace communication.
  • Valid authorization to work in Taiwan (must be a local candidate).
  • College degree in business, marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM applications and common Windows software.
