What you will do

• Deploy and orchestrate AI agents to analyze legacy codebases, extracting business logic and generating modern requirement documents.
• Design prompts and agent workflows to automatically generate, execute, and validate QA test cases against modernised systems.
• Refine LLM prompts and manage agent frameworks to ensure high-accuracy outputs and minimize AI hallucinations.
• Act as the human-in-the-loop to manually validate generated requirements and test coverage.
• Collaborate with developers, Scrum Masters, and QA specialists to integrate AI-driven processes into the SDLC.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of SDLC, requirements elicitation, and QA methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude 3.5) for coding, analysis, or automation.
• Ability to read and understand complex code structures in Java, C#, Python, or similar languages.
• Proficiency in QA automation principles and integrating AI-generated tests into CI pipelines.
• Strong critical thinking skills to validate AI outputs and ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Location: Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Brisbane.

• Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
