What you will do

• Lead hands-on frontend and UI development, owning the implementation process.
• Make framework and tooling decisions to guide the project's technical direction.
• Build end-to-end full-stack web applications, covering UX design and application logic.
• Handle basic backend and database integration as required.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate business problems into working technical solutions.
• Ensure the delivery of scalable and maintainable code.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in frontend/UI engineering with a proven ability to operate autonomously.
• Proficiency in Lit.js, Tailwind, DaisyUI, and React.
• Experience building modern web applications with a strong emphasis on usability and UX.
• Ability to manage basic full-stack responsibilities (backend/database).
• English: B2 level or higher (written and oral) is required.
• Location: Must be based in San Jose, Poland, LATAM, Moldova, or Romania.
