What you will do
- Coordinate end-to-end Consulting & Advisory programs, including scheduling and stakeholder alignment.
- Serve as the central point of contact for customers to ensure a high-quality journey and experience.
- Host and facilitate consulting sessions, including note-taking and session coordination.
- Manage high volumes of communication across email, phone, and virtual meeting platforms like Zoom and Teams.
- Solve problems in real-time to manage changing priorities and competing demands.
- Support program improvements, customer feedback, and the delivery of events and workshops.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, client support, or administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines simultaneously.
- Confident communication skills for interacting with a range of stakeholders.
- Proactive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
