What you will do

  • Coordinate end-to-end Consulting & Advisory programs, including scheduling and stakeholder alignment.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for customers to ensure a high-quality journey and experience.
  • Host and facilitate consulting sessions, including note-taking and session coordination.
  • Manage high volumes of communication across email, phone, and virtual meeting platforms like Zoom and Teams.
  • Solve problems in real-time to manage changing priorities and competing demands.
  • Support program improvements, customer feedback, and the delivery of events and workshops.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, client support, or administrative roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confident communication skills for interacting with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
