What you will do

• Support the implementation of Global HR Processes across North American countries in alignment with global governance.
• Ensure regional adherence to global definitions, guidelines, standards, and legal compliance for systems and processes.
• Act as a regional ambassador for HR digitalization, harmonization, simplification, and innovation.
• Facilitate training and enablement efforts for new HR applications and functionalities.
• Serve as the central point of contact for country-specific HR digitization needs and escalate requirements to the global CoE.
• Coordinate regional testing, documentation, and Q&A for regional SSC HR and SSC IT.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP modules (PA, PT, BN, PY, OM & ESS) and SuccessFactors.
• Proven experience managing HR projects within an international environment.
• Deep understanding of global HR IT concepts, dependencies, and operational HR processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
